Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing)

  • Australia & New Zealand: 3–6 business days

  • International: 3–8 business days

Delays
Occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including international logistics disruptions or customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges
All items are made to order, therefore returns and exchanges are not accepted.

However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Requests made after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.
